The area is very good and quiet…i bought it and i have all the papers 90.000 euro … if i will find someone who can give 80.000 i give it now …you can build 2 floors and underground garage or playroom or anything somebody wants… its 220 m2 …in order to understand the prices in this area , one guy before one month in the same area sell 120.000 … smaller land than mine …and in 5 min you are in Pelion and 5 min you can swim on the beach … one underground floor, one ground floor and one more floor like 1st floor…and in Greece you can build very cheap ..
